They’ve got a 35% off Most titles discount going on at the UBIShop / UPlay Store. (US and Canada only. Seems unfair but Aussies had a promo code that gave free games the other day). Exceptions are pre-orders and it looks like newer games like Far Cry 3.
Overall it’s a sad discount but there’s an exception.

I think that’s the cheapest I’ve seen on the digital only version of the game. You just need the cable and a guitar. Or you just need to emulate the cable. People have also successfully imported their own songs into the game. I believe this is the first video that I saw of the custom song project in action.
