Amazon has a big Best Deals of July in Digital Games Sale going on (Thanks to Mark for the tip). In addition the Game Downloads Deal of the week is up to 86% off some Paradox bundles.

I took a quick look and it appears all the games from the Paradox sale are the Steamworks version so you’ll have to activate them on Steam.
