The promo code is good for any movie ticket up to $14.50. Usually if it’s more than your promo code you’ll just pay the difference. Keep in mind Fandango does charge an extra $1 for fees. It’s still a cheap movie ticket. I’ve got a bunch through various deal of the day sites. Most likely Collector’s Editions are excluded from the deal.
