Borderlands Game of the Year Edition is on sale for $7.49 at GameFly / GameFly UK.
This uses Steamworks, so Steam activation is required.

Does this require me to use the Gamefly client?
Don’t think you will need it. You should be able to click on your order history and the Steam activation key would be in there. At least that’s how it’s been for me.
