The Latest bundle at Indie Royale is set to go live later this week. It’s called the New Year Bundle and is currently available for pre-order.
Pre-ordering the bundle locks you in at a price of $3.99 (minimum). The bundle opens at a price of $2.99, but pre-ordering makes sure you get the bundle for $3.99 and you won’t have to sit there trying to click buy a million times due to server issues.
The titles to be offered will include a premium blend of FPS and RTS (Steam for PC and Mac), an innovative single-player puzzle game (Steam for PC and Mac, Desura for PC, DRM-free PC and Mac download), an award-winning 2D platformer (Steam for PC and Mac, plus an enhanced version for Desura PC, DRM-free PC and Mac download) and a world premiere on PC/Mac for an acclaimed arcade shooter with a twist (Desura for PC, DRM-free PC and Mac download).
Nuclear Dawn will most likely be the FPS/RTS game in the bundle. I played it during the sTEAM free weekend. I thought it was a fun game, but the community size is really small.
