The deals for the GameStop Impulse Holiday Sale are up.
There’s a number of Capcom games that are on sale for cheap. They might even be cheaper than Steam offers them but I can’t check because the Steam site is broken still o_O. (Edit: I just checked and it looks like Steam has the same prices on the above games. )

Honestly, I would suggest waiting to see if anything goes on sale as a Daily Deal during the Steam Holiday Sale, because you might be able to get even better deals on the games listed at Impulse.
