Looks like Amazon has pricematched GamersGate deal on Human Revolution. Only the standard edition though.
The game uses Steamworks, so you will need to activate it on Steam.
This is a US only deal. I have heard of people outside of the US purchasing by setting their mailing address to a fake US address.
