OK last night I played a little BF3 and I saw a pop up in the Origin client that said FIFA Soccer 12 was on sale for $16 until 11/07. I clicked on the game in the client and it still showed up as regular price.
However, a couple hours ago EA Origin posted on their Twitter page that the deal should be live. So log on to your Origin client (not the webpage) and you should see the $16 price.
North America only unfortunately.
