Rise of Immortals is the latest Free to Play game on the Steam service. It’s a MOBA/DOTA style game. It’s gotten some negative reviews.
If you play before October 6 you can unlock some in-game items.

seriously, most points raised in some reviews will eventually be patched out, and I wouldn’t really trust IGN. God Hand, anyone?
