Another day in the Direct2Drive / Direct2Drive UK 31 Days of Deals Sale and there’s actually a good deal! Fallout 3 GOTY is cheap! Unfortunately the GOTY is only available in the US apparently.
The deals for 7/6 are:
- Fallout 3: Game of the Year = $9.85 (US Only). Does not activate on Steam. Might have issues with Win7 64
- Fallout 3 (UK) = £7.25
- Mass Effect 2 = $11.95 / £11.95
- Empire: Total War = $7.95 / £3.95
- Blur = $9.95 / £9.95
- Prey = $5.95 / £1.95 – This game activates on Steam.
- Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time = $4.95 (US Only)
Only the Fallout 3 GOTY deal looks any good. Even then I might wait and see if Steam puts it on sale. This deal ends at 1pm EST on 7/7 though.
For the past few months D2D and Direct2Drive UK had deals that I felt were better than Steams but their current Summer Sale has been pretty lackluster.
Oh and there’s a Midweek Madness Deal on Civilization V. It’s $19.95 / £10.75 (60% off). I think that matches the Steam price from the other day? This game will activate on Steam.
