S.T.A.L.K.E.R. – Call of Pripyat Loyalty Edition is on sale for $9.99 ($19.99) at Impulse. That’s 50% off. On the page it says:
Loyalty Edition requires S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl to install and play!
But that’s not true. You can still purchase this game. However, if you have the original game you can get the game cheaper (for being loyal to Impulse).
