The Steam Daily Deal for 5/22 is Cities XL Regular Edition for 66% off. This is a city-builder game similar to SimCity except there’s supposed to be more micromanagement and the graphics look really good.

In addition to the daily deal it looks like Eve Online: Incursion is on sale for 75% off as well. This is a futuristic MMO. There is a montly fee. However, it looks like you can buy game time with in-game money. Not sure how that works. You get a free 30 day trial with the game or it looks like you can get a free 21 day trial if you make a request in this thread on the Steam forums.
