Direct2Drive has a 25% off code for preorders on a number of games. They also have a deal for a Brink preorder, which comes with the digital version of the Fallout: New Vegas Collector’s Edition for $64.90. That combo isn’t explicitly listed on the preorders specials page but the promo coupon code is valid on the bundle.
The D2D coupon code for 25% of preorders (select games) is SIZZLE. After the code the combo is only $48.67. Let’s say you bought Brink by itself. The game would be about $38. So you’re basically getting New Vegas for another $10.67 or so. Great deal if you’re interested in picking up both games.
They’re both Steamworks titles so they require Steam.
